2. Data we process
- Identification and contact details: name, shop name, email, phone and country.
- Request details: your shop URL, your message and your preferences.
- Catalogue data published on your online shop (product names, prices, categories, attributes, images and stock), which we read to provide the service.
- Billing and payment details, handled by our payment provider.
- Browsing data: IP address, device, pages visited and usage events.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering enquiries, free catalogue reviews and calls — legal basis: consent and pre-contractual steps.
- Uploading, organising and keeping your catalogue current on your site, Google Shopping and Meta, and invoicing for it — legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Sending commercial communications about similar services — legal basis: legitimate interest or consent; you can object at any time.
- Site and advertising campaign analytics — legal basis: consent (cookies).
- Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.
4. Retention
We keep data while we have a relationship with you and afterwards for the applicable legal periods (generally 6 years for commercial and tax records). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.
5. Recipients
We may share data with providers acting as data processors: hosting and database, email tools, meeting scheduling, payment gateway, and analytics and advertising platforms. To publish your catalogue we send product data to the channels you choose (such as Google Merchant Center and Meta), which process it under their own terms. Some providers may be located outside the EEA; in that case European Commission standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards apply. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions by writing to hola@loveoo.app and stating the right you are exercising. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration, including encryption in transit and access control.
8. Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
